About the event
One of YAF NM’s biggest events is the YAF Gala. Initiated in 2012, the Gala is a biennial event that celebrates New Mexico architects newly licensed within the state since the previous Gala. This glorious evening is an opportunity for Young Architects and their accomplishments to be honored by their colleagues. Members of the larger architectural community (contractors, product representatives, and affiliate organizations) join YAF to meet the new architects they will be working with.
The 2026 Gala will be the 7th iteration of this event and has a comparable amount of honorees as that of the past years. YAF has invited all newly licensed Architects throughout the state to join us for an evening of dinner, drinks, motivational guest speakers and most importantly the recognition of their well deserved license. We are anticipating approximately 20 newly licensed New Mexico Architects as honorees.
